LNWR 2014 Summer Camp

Here is the LNWR Summer Camp information.  You will need to fill out a LN Summer Camp Registration form.

June 5-6, 9:30-1:30

June 10-26, Tuesdays 11:00-12:30 & Thursdays 9:00-11:00

July 8-24, Tuesdays 11:00-12:30 & Thursdays 9:00-11:00

'13-14 Suburban Conference Awards

Congratulations to the following LN wrestlers that received conference recognition.  Carson Armour earned 2nd team at 120 lbs.  Daylan Clawson at 126 lbs and Cam Stenner at 138 lbs each earned honorable mention.

Liberty Brazilian Jui Jitsu Club

Coach Wheeler is teaching Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, which is a martial art and self-defense system that focuses on grappling and grappling submissions without the use of strikes.  Training methods include technique drills in which techniques are practiced against a non-resisting partner, isolation sparring and full sparring in which each opponent tries to submit their opponent using legal techniques.  For more information visit the LBJJ webpage.

Practice:  Thursdays 4:30-6:00 in the Liberty North Wrestling Room starting March 6th.
