LNHS Tennis - Leave It On The COURT!

TENNIS SUMMER CAMP UPDATES:  Both camp sessions for Tuesday, 6/4 were rained out.  Make Up sessions will be Friday 6/7 at Bennett Park normal times.

Congratulations to the Lady Eagle Tennis team on another successful winning season.  The team finished the regular season with a 7-5 record.  Congratulations to Gretchen Ohlhausen who won the Individual District Tennis Tournament Title in Singles.  Congratulations to Gretchen Ohlhausen (all-conference and all-district honors) and Marcela Munoz (all-conference honors) for their Individual Season Awards.

Season Announcements

LNHS Tennis Off Season Meetings will be held on March 27th, April 25th, and May 23rd.  All meetings will be in Coach Z's room 3-3:15pm.  All players not participating in a Spring sport are expected to attend.  All players must have off season play time logged with Coaches. 

Summer Tennis Camp 2013 will be June 3-6th at Bennett Park.  All current LNHS tennis players are expected to help out one day of camp with the K-5th grade campers. Sessions: K-5 is 9-10:30am and 6-8/Team Camp is 11-12:30pm.

Lady Eagle Tennis Practice Begins August 12th, 2013

Fall 2013 practice for the Lady Eagle Tennis Team will begin on Monday, August 12th at Bennett Park 3-5pm.  All players need to have completed physical/insurance to practice.

Lady Eagle Tennis Open Court

New and current members of the Lady Eagle Tennis Team will meet at Bennett Park on Sundays in July from 4-6pm to play and practice.  All interested players can attend and work together as a team to practice.  In case of a Heat Advisory, the team workout will be cancelled.

LNHS EAD Speed and Agility Training

All current and potential LNHS Lady Eagle Tennis members are invited to participate in the off season EAD Speed and Agility Training held at LNHS.  The sessions are open to all LNHS female athletes and held on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-10:30am.  Dead weeks with no sessions are June 30 - July 9 and July 28 - August 6.  If players are interested in attending, please contact Coach Davis or Coach Zicarelli.

Speed and Agility Training are important aspects of the LNHS Lady Eagle Tennis program and specific training sessions will also be held at our Summer Camp (June 3-6th) and Open Court Days in July (Sunday afternoons throughout July).
