PHYSICAL NIGHT!

***June 28, 2013 ***  

6:00 pm LNHS Field House

The Eagle Club will offer Sports Physicals for students entering the 8th through 12th grade at LNHS for $20.00!     

 MSHSAA requires every athlete to have a current physical completed prior to the athletes first day of practice.   Students under the age of 18 will require parent or guardian signature.

Summer EAD Workouts will begin Monday June 3rd. LNHS Wieght Room/Field House

Male Athletes

Monday/Wednesday

Grade 10th -12th (all sports) 7:00am - 9:00am

Grade 9th (all sports) 9:00am - 11:00am

Female Athletes

Monday/Wednesday/Thursday

Grade 9th - 12th (all sports) 9:00am - 11:00am

Athletes are reminded to check the Tandem calendar also with coaches for sport specific summer camps and conditioning dates/times.
